Hotel Hewitt Koshien Nishinomiya, Nishinomiya

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and new, which made for a nice stay, but the service was not helpful when it came to assisting my mom and aunt with their luggage. The location was convenient for exploring Osaka and Kobe easily and quickly, but the old building rooms could use a renovation. The dining options, while good, had a comparatively limited choice of food. The facilities were decent overall.
